Just had some Big House White 2010 with some Indian spinach w/ Tikka Masala sauce and the pairing was excellent. Really enjoyed the wine on it’s own as well. Thanks!

Just use your thumb to press out the cardboard circle, pull out the spigot (place glass below spigot) and then twist counterclockwise, repeat as needed…

I have seen a 750ML of Big House, which in this case unscrew the stelvin closure…

Thanks for the comment Armando,
I’ve only seen it in our local grocery store and at the Toad Hollow tasting room. If you have a local grocer with a good wine selection you can usually give them recommendations on wines to carry. Much easier than trying to convince a Safeway or major chain.

I would suggest checking out Mollie Stones (Mountain View).

brian, daughter in law gave us a bottol of Risque for our
57th anniversary, WOW, we loved it.
we live in santa clara ca, and we just can’t seem to find it here,

we found it in el dorado county, so I guess we just have to go
back there and pick some up.

So where can I find your friend Tamarya’s herb blends? Someone gifted us with her ‘Fall Harvest’ Herb Blend. It is just about gone and we’d really like to get a refill. Any ideas? /Mike
